Unless the context otherwise requires or otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms defined in these Raffle Ts&Cs shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the ADNOC Rewards Terms and Conditions (including any amendment or variation of such terms) which can be found at the following link: https://www.adnocdistribution.ae/en/mobile-app-terms-conditions/

1. Duration of the Raffle

• The Raffle will run from 00:01 (UAE local time) 3 November 2023 until 23:59 (UAE local time) 28January 2024 (the “Raffle Period”).
• ADNOC Distribution reserves the right to extend the Raffle Period at its sole discretion.

2. Eligibility to enter

2.1 Entry to the Raffle is open to persons who: (i) are UAE residents, (ii) have an Account (iii) are aged 18 years and above and (iv) are not (nor are any of their immediate family members) a director, officer, employee or contracted worker of ADNOC Distribution (“Eligible Entrants”).

2.2 Eligible Entrants will be identified through their unique Account.

2.3 Corporate ADNOC Wallet users (pre- and post-paid) are not eligible to enter the Raffle.

3. Entry into the Raffle

3.1 To enter the Raffle, Eligible Entrants must, during the Raffle Period, purchase any of the following products or services from any ADNOC Distribution service station within the United Arab Emirates using cash, bank card or pre-paid (non-corporate) ADNOC Wallet:

(a) 91, 95 or 98 gasoline with a minimum spend of AED 75 per transaction (and “Eligible Fuel Transaction”); and/or

(b) products or services with a minimum spend of AED 20 from ADNOC Oasis convenience stores, car wash, lube change services, LPG purchased online (via our app) or electrical vehicle charging services (an “Eligible Non-Fuel Transaction”),

together the “Eligible Transactions”.

3.2 The following purchases are excluded from the Raffle: certain ADNOC Oasis convenience store products including, but not limited to, phone cards, mobile top-ups, Salik tags or recharge cards, lottery, corporate cards (iTunes, X box, etc.), gift cards, tobacco, vaping devices and related/similar products, over the counter medicines and such other products or services ADNOC Distribution may exclude from the Raffle at its sole discretion from time to time (“Excluded Products”).

3.3 Purchases made from non-participating stores at ADNOC Distribution service stations are also excluded.

3.4 Where after the purchase of an Eligible Non-Fuel Transaction, the Eligible Entrant returns the product(s) purchased or obtains a refund for the service(s) provided, ADNOC Distribution reserves the right to retract the prize awarded from the Eligible Entrant.

3.5 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with any Eligible Entrant’s entry to the Raffle, ADNOC Distribution reserves the right to retract any prize from the Eligible Entrant.

4. ADNOC Wallet

Eligible Entrants can pay for their Eligible Transactions from their own pre-paid ADNOC Wallet account provided that it is linked to their Account (whether as an individual ADNOC Wallet or family ADNOC Wallet account). If an Eligible Entrant pays for an Eligible Transaction from an ADNOC Wallet that is not linked to their Account, that Eligible Transaction will be void and not eligible to win an Instant Prize and receive a raffle ticket.

5. ADNOC Rewards Family Membership Accounts

Where an Account has been opened as an ADNOC Rewards Family Membership each of the Accountholder and their Relations that are linked to that ADNOC Rewards Family Membership shall be considered as separate Eligible Entrants. However, for the purpose of clarity all the entries will be accounted for against the Accountholder and the winning prize (if any) will be handed over to the Accountholder irrespective of which Relations or generated the winning raffle ticket.

6. Selection of Winners

6.1 Selection of winners will happen automatically, whereby every Eligible Entrant who makes an Eligible Transaction will win an “Instant Prize” and be given a raffle ticket to participate in both our “Weekly Prizes” and “Final Grand Raffle”, as listed below.

6.2 The results of each winner selection made by ADNOC Distribution are final and binding on all aspects relating to the Raffle.

6.3 If a selected winner is disqualified, cannot be reached, or fails to claim their “Weekly Prizes” and/or “Grand Raffle Prize” within the time period stipulated in these Raffle Ts&Cs, the winner will forfeit their prize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner. If, having attempted to contact a winner and a substitute winner, ADNOC Distribution is unable to award a prize, ADNOC Distribution reserves the right to consider the prize unclaimed.

7. Prizes

7.1 Winners of the ”Instant Prizes” listed below, will receive a voucher in their Account under the “My Vouchers” section of the App. All “Instant Prize” vouchers will be valid for a period of one week.

7.2 Winners of the Points will be receiving the Points in their Account and which can be viewed in their App. Points are valid for two years.

7.3 Each prize must be taken as stated in these Raffle Ts&Cs and no other form of compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person.

7.4 By accepting the prize, the winner accepts the conditions of use of that prize.

7.5 The “Free Fuel For a Year” prize is given in Points and is capped to a maximum of AED 12,000 a year per winner and will be valid for two years.

7.6 The “Free Oil Change For a Year” prize is given in Points and is capped to a maximum of AED 1,000 a year per winner and will be valid for two years.

7.7 Prize list includes:

7.8 Subject to the remaining provisions of these Raffle Ts&Cs, each Eligible Entry will be added to and recorded on the Eligible Entrant’s Account.

7.9 Eligible Entries that are awarded up until 23:59 PM (UAE time) on the day preceding the next scheduled draw will be added into that draw.

7.10 The Final Grand Raffle draw will take place on 29^th January 2024 at 10 AM (UAE time) at ADNOC Distribution’s Head Office at Entrance 2, Sheikh Khalifa Energy Complex, Abu Dhabi where 1 lucky winner will be awarded AED 1 Million (to be issued as a cheque).

8. Notification of Winners

8.1 Winners of the “Instant Prizes” will be notified by a real time push notification on the App.

8.2 Winners of the “Weekly Prizes” will be notified by a real time push notification on the App and / or SMS. Cash winner will be contacted by phone by a representative from ADNOC Distribution or a partner agency.

8.3 Winners of the “Final Grand Raffle” prizes will be notified by a real time push notification on the App and contacted by phone by a representative from ADNOC Distribution or a partner agency and / or SMS.

8.4 Winners of the “Weekly Prizes” and “Final Grand Raffle” will be contacted by phone using the phone number associated to the Eligible Entrant’s Account.

8.5 Should ADNOC Distribution be unable to contact or reach a winner within 30 calendar days after the relevant draw that winner will be disqualified, and the prize forfeited.

8.6 The list of winners will be uploaded every week on ADNOC Distribution’s website: www.adnocdistribution.ae (the “Website”). In addition, winners of each draw will be announced on social media, the App and ADNOC Distribution reserves the right to announce the winners on other media platforms.

9. Receiving the prize

9.1 Cash winners will have thirty (30) calendar days from the date of being contacted via phone by a representative from ADNOC Distribution or a partner agency, in which to claim their prize and provide to ADNOC Distribution a copy of their official proof of identity (passport and Emirates ID and any other documents which may be requested by ADNOC Distribution) as requested by a representative from ADNOC Distribution or a partner agency.

9.2 Such documents shall be verified by ADNOC Distribution in order to determine the winner’s eligibility to receive the cash prize (the “Verification Process”). If a winner fails, for any reason, to claim their prize within thirty (30) calendar days from being contacted via phone by a representative from ADNOC Distribution or a partner agency and/or provide the documentation required by Clause 9.1 of these Raffle Ts&Cs within thirty (30) calendar days, the winner will forfeit their prize and ADNOC Distribution reserves the right to award the prize to a substitute winner.

9.3 If a winner successfully completes the Verification Process, the winner will receive an email notifying them of the same, and the winner shall retrieve his/her prize within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving such notification. If the winner fails to retrieve his/her prize within the aforementioned time frame, the winner’s prize shall be forfeited.

9.4 Photos and names of the winners will be published on ADNOC Distribution’s social media channels, the Website and on the App. ADNOC Distribution reserves the right to announce the winners on other media platforms as it may decide from time to time. Winners may also be requested by ADNOC Distribution to share pictures of themselves, social media content, or to share video or photo footage of themselves. Winners acknowledge and agree that no compensation will be provided for this.

10. Release

10.1 By participating in this Raffle, and to the extent permitted by the applicable laws of the UAE, each Eligible Entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless ADNOC Distribution and each of their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, advisors, advertising/promotion agencies and other suppliers, as well as their directors, officers, advisors and employees from and against any and all claims, liability, costs, losses, damages or injuries of any kind arising out of or related to the their participation in the Raffle.

10.2 The Eligible Entrant hereby declares that he/she shall not make any demand, complaint or claim against ADNOC Distribution and each of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, advisors, advertising/promotion agencies and other suppliers, as well as its directors, officers, advisors and employees in respect of any matter relating to or in connection with the Raffle.

11. Liability

11.1 ADNOC Distribution shall not be liable in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from or in any way connected with the customers entry into this Raffle or in connection with or arising from the use of the prizes.

11.2 Each winner is responsible for all costs incurred in claiming and using his/her winning prize. For the avoidance of doubt, ADNOC Distribution shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever for the delivery, any delay in delivery or the non-delivery of the prize.

11.3 ADNOC Distribution reserves the right to reject a winner (and award any ticket to a substitute winner) if it has grounds to believe the Eligible Entrant has breached any of these Raffle Ts&Cs, acted fraudulently or illegally, or on other reasonable grounds and shall have no liability for any loss or damage arising from such rejection. Failure by ADNOC Distribution to enforce any of its rights afforded by these Raffle Ts&Cs at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

11.4 ADNOC Distribution accepts no responsibility for any technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason attributable to use of or access to the Website or the App.

12. Alteration, extension / suspension, and termination

ADNOC Distribution reserves the right to change these Raffle Ts&Cs, suspend, extend and/or terminate this Raffle at any time, without prior notice.

13. Governing law

These Raffle Ts&Cs, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by the laws of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The Courts of Abu Dhabi will have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any action or proceeding and to resolve any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Raffle Ts&Cs.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 By undertaking an Eligible Transaction, all Eligible Entrants agree to be bound by these Raffle Ts&Cs and to receive additional promotional activity from ADNOC Distribution or any of their affiliates.

14.2 These Raffle Ts&Cs are available in both Arabic and English. In the event of any inconsistency between the Arabic and English versions of these Raffle Ts&Cs, the English version shall prevail.

14.3 These Raffle Ts&Cs are to be read in conjunction with ADNOC's Privacy Policy, ADNOC Wallet Terms and the ADNOC Rewards Terms (including any amendments thereto), all of which form part of these Raffle Ts&Cs, and which are available on the Website.

14.4 ADNOC Distribution reserve the right to amend or add to these Raffle Ts&Cs at its sole discretion.

14.5 By participating in the Raffle, each Eligible Entrant agrees, confirms and declares that he/she has read these Raffle Ts&Cs and that these Raffle Ts&Cs shall apply to him/her and shall be binding on the Eligible Entrant for any matter and purpose associated with or in connection with the Raffle.
