ADNOC Distribution's whistleblower platform, Takallam, is backed by the Whistleblowing and Non-Retaliation Policy. The Company asks its employees to speak out about unethical practices such as financial misconduct, bribery, and corruption. It aims to foster trust and openness in the workplace.

Anti-Competitive Behaviour

The Competition Compliance Policy has been published, which aligns with international anti-competitive practice laws and standards. Sustainable Financing

Sustainability linked Loan
ADNOC Distribution was the first UAE fuel retailer to secure a 
sustainability-linked loan by converting its existing $1.5bn loan
 into a sustainability-linked one.

ISO 50001

Adherence to international standards is also evident by   ADNOC Distribution’s successful transitioning to ISO 50001:2018 and the creation of an energy dashboard in the Company’s SAP OneERP system.
