Voucher validity and conditions
1.Offer is valid ONLY for 14 calendar days from the test date
2.Offer is available only at ADNOC Vehicle Inspection Centers in Sharjah
3.Offer is applicable for fresh test only - renewal or new registration
4.Offer is only valid for personal vehicles and individual customers. Corporate customer vehicles are excluded
5.Customer will receive two FREE auto car wash voucher per eligible service done at ADNOC Vehicle Inspection Center in Sharjah.
6.Customer will receive the Auto car wash voucher confirmation by email and push notification within 24 hours of using the eligible service.
7.In case customers are not an existing ADNOC Rewards member they should download the ADNOC Dist. App before availing the service.

Voucher redemption at ADNOC Distribution Service Station
1.Voucher can ONLY be used to avail the Auto wash service at any ADNOC service stations located in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah.
2.ADNOC Distribution reserves the right to refuse to clean a vehicle for any reason.
3.Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash under any circumstances and is valid for single transaction only
4.Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue of the voucher will be allowed.
5.ADNOC Distribution reserves the right to act its discretion and change these Terms and Conditions, suspend, extend and/or terminate this promotion at any time, without prior notice.
6.It is the Customer's responsibility to disclose to ADNOC Distribution all defects, damage, or weakness in his/her vehicle, known or suspected by him/her, which may be affected by the services being provided by ADNOC Distribution under the promotion prior to washing their vehicles at ADNOC car wash facilities.
7.To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, ADNOC Distribution shall not be liable for any: (a) damage to, loss of the Customer's vehicle or any part of it, or any of its accessories or any of its content and/or damage to any other property; and (b) accident, death or injury of the Customer, arising from or in connection with ADNOC Distribution's custody of the Customer's vehicle and provision of services under the promotion.
8.By participating in this promotion, and to the extent permitted by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, each Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ADNOC Distribution, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, advisors, advertising/promotion agencies, as well as their directors, officers, advisors and employees ("Indemnified Party") from and against any and all claims, liability, costs, losses, damages and expenses of any kind arising from or in connection with: (a) accident, death or injury to any Indemnified Party or any other third party; and (b) damage to the property of any Indemnified Party or other third party, that arises from the negligent act or omission of the Customer or the Customer's willful misconduct.
9.These Terms and Conditions, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by the laws of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The Courts of Abu Dhabi will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes that arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
10.Any provision in these Terms and Conditions which is illegal, void or unenforceable will apply with whatever deletion or modification necessary so that the provision is legal, valid and enforceable, and if such deletion or modification is not possible in whole or in part, then such provision shall be ineffective to the extent only of such illegality, voidness or unenforceability and such illegality, voidness or unenforceability will not invalidate any other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
