1. Campaign Overview
The OASIS by ADNOC Rewards Raffle Campaign (the “Campaign”) is organized by ADNOC Distribution. Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Campaign Period
The Campaign is valid from 5 October 2026 until 5 December 2026, inclusive.
Only eligible transactions completed during the Campaign period will qualify for raffle entries.
Campaign system records will determine whether a transaction was completed within the valid Campaign period.
3. Eligibility
The Campaign is open to registered ADNOC Rewards members who complete an eligible purchase at participating OASIS by ADNOC stores in the United Arab Emirates.
Customers must register or log in to the ADNOC Distribution app and identify themselves at checkout by scanning their registered ADNOC Rewards QR code.
Only the value of eligible products will count towards the minimum qualifying spend of AED 5.
ADNOC Distribution employees are not eligible to receive Campaign prizes. Where applicable, a backup winner may be selected.
4. How to Participate and Earn Raffle Entries
Spend AED 5 or more on eligible products in a single transaction at a participating OASIS by ADNOC store and scan your ADNOC Rewards QR code at checkout.
Each eligible member may receive a maximum of 1 raffle entry per calendar day.
Multiple eligible transactions made by the same member on the same calendar day will not generate additional raffle entries.
Spending more than AED 5 in one eligible transaction will not generate additional entries. For example, an eligible spend of AED 50 will earn 1 raffle entry.
Members may earn additional entries by completing eligible transactions on different calendar days during the Campaign period.
Raffle entries will be recorded automatically following the successful completion of an eligible transaction. ADNOC Distribution records will be final for determining valid entries.
5. Excluded Products and Transactions
Transactions below AED 5 in eligible product value will not qualify.
Data Cards, SALIK and tobacco products are excluded and will not count towards the minimum spend.
Car Services and Car Care products and services, including Car Wash and Lube, are excluded and will not count towards the minimum spend.
Where a transaction includes both eligible and excluded items, only the eligible product value will be considered. If that value is below AED 5, no entry will be awarded.
Transactions not linked to a registered ADNOC Rewards account at checkout are excluded.
Cancelled, refunded, reversed, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible transactions will not qualify. ADNOC Distribution may invalidate any related entry.
The final excluded product and PLU list will be determined by ADNOC Distribution.
6. Entry Confirmation
A real-time push notification may be sent after a raffle entry is issued.
A maximum of 1 raffle-entry confirmation push notification may be sent to a member per calendar day.
Failure to receive a push notification does not necessarily mean that a valid entry was not recorded. ADNOC Distribution system records will prevail.
7. Weekly Draws and Prizes
Weekly draws will take place on 12 October, 19 October, 26 October, 2 November, 9 November, 16 November, 23 November and 30 November 2026.
Ten winners will be selected in each weekly draw.
Weekly prizes will alternate between 7 days of free coffee and 7 days of free croissants in accordance with the reward distribution schedule.
Free coffee prizes apply to selected small classic coffee beverages. Free croissant prizes apply to selected classic croissant variants. Redemption is subject to participating products and availability.
Weekly prize vouchers will be issued through the ADNOC Distribution app and will be issued within 7 days of winner selection to the winner's ADNOC Rewards account.
To redeem a weekly prize, the winner must scan the ADNOC Rewards QR code linked to the winning account at checkout.
Weekly prize vouchers cannot be combined with another offer, promotion, discount or coupon, unless expressly stated otherwise.
8. Grand Prize Draw
The Grand Prize Draw will take place on 7 December 2026.
Fifty-five winners will each receive 1,000,000 ADNOC Rewards Points, equivalent to AED 1,000.
Reward points will be credited to the winner's ADNOC Rewards account within 7 days of the grand draw.
Grand Prize points will be valid for 2 years and remain subject to the applicable ADNOC Rewards programme terms and conditions.
Only valid raffle entries recorded during the applicable Campaign period will be included in the Grand Prize Draw.
9. Draw Process and Verification
Draws will be conducted using the approved secure digital random-selection process and in accordance with relevant UAE regulatory requirements and approvals.
All selected winners are subject to eligibility and transaction verification before confirmation.
ADNOC Distribution may select backup winners where a selected winner is an employee, is otherwise ineligible, cannot be contacted, or does not provide the information required for verification within the communicated timeframe.
Draw times will be determined by ADNOC Distribution in coordination with the relevant teams and authorities.
10. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified through SMS, push notification and email using the contact details registered to their ADNOC Rewards account.
Members are responsible for keeping their registered mobile number and email address accurate and up to date.
ADNOC Distribution is not responsible for unsuccessful notifications caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated contact details, blocked messages, disabled notifications or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Winners may be required to provide valid identification, proof of an eligible transaction and any other information needed to confirm eligibility and fulfil the prize.
Winners must respond within the timeframe stated in the winner communication. If a winner is found to be ineligible or cannot be contacted within that timeframe, ADNOC Distribution may contact a backup winner.

11. Prize Conditions
Raffle entries and prizes are personal to the eligible member and are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash or credit.
Prizes are subject to availability and the applicable voucher, product and ADNOC Rewards programme terms and conditions.
Prize fulfilment and redemption instructions will be communicated directly to verified winners.
12. General Conditions
ADNOC Distribution reserves the right to verify any member, transaction, entry or winner and to disqualify participation that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
ADNOC Distribution reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Campaign, its mechanics, prizes, draw dates or these Terms and Conditions, subject to applicable approvals and regulatory requirements.
To the extent permitted by law, ADNOC Distribution will not be responsible for system failures, communication failures, events outside its reasonable control, or losses arising from participation or prize use.
In the event of a dispute regarding eligibility, entries, winner selection or prize fulfilment, ADNOC Distribution’s decision will be final and binding, subject to applicable law.
13. Personal Data
Personal data will be processed for Campaign administration, entry validation, winner selection, winner communication, verification and prize fulfilment in accordance with applicable laws and ADNOC Distribution privacy requirements.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
