ADNOC Distribution Honours Winners of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Award 2014

ADNOC Distribution has awarded the winners of its second Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Award programme. The initiative seeks to raise awareness on these sustainable fields through encouraging the company’s various divisions and employees to showcase their annual accomplishments.
In its second cycle, the HSE Award received an impressive 37 entries. Of these, 11 submissions walked away with top honours including the ‘Falcon Eye’ programme for fuel distribution, the ‘HSE Enhancement through Process Modification of CNG Station’ initiative, the ‘Water Saver in Service Stations and other Facilities’ programme, the ‘SMART Service Stations’ programme, the ‘Aviation Fuelling Dispenser’ method, as well as the ABSHER initiative for the outstanding community services provided to new UAE national recruits.
Commenting on this occasion, Abdulla Salem Al Dhaheri, CEO of ADNOC Distribution, said: “Through instituting this annual award, ADNOC Distribution reiterates its firm and resilient responsibility towards corporate citizenship, health, safety and security issues. The ADNOC Distribution HSSE strategy is in line with the objectives of the UAE Vision 2021, and prioritises community development as a core focus area.
