• You will receive your LPG subsidy in the form of ADNOC Rewards points.
• Your Rewards points will be credited to your ADNOC Distribution account after every eligible LPG purchase.
• The subsidy is only eligible for LPG cylinders bought within the emirate of Abu Dhabi from ADNOC Distribution service stations or on our mobile app.
• ADNOC Distribution is providing targeted assistance in the form of Rewards points to allow customers the flexibility to redeem points against any of our eligible products and services.

• The subsidy amount of AED 16.1 will be credited in the form of points, equal to 16,100 Rewards points, on the first purchase of 25lbs in one calendar month.
• The subsidy amount of AED 38.0 will be credited in the form of points, equal to 38,000 Rewards points, on the first purchase of 50lbs in one calendar month.
• Calendar month is counted from 1st of the month until end of the same month.
• On the mobile app, you can check the Rewards page, and in ‘Rewards History’ the eligible LPG subsidy transaction will have the Rewards Points (along with Subsidy points) mentioned.
• Please contact our call center at 800 300 and the team will help you in resolving any issues.
• When you make a purchase at the station, please use your valid and active Emirates ID or Mobile QR code on the Rewards app before making the transaction.
• Always make sure that you use the same Emirates ID which has been selected by Abu Dhabi Social Support Authority to receive subsidy benefit.
• You can avail subsidy by showing the mobile app QR code at for purchase at the station or through the ADNOC Dist mobile app.
• Always make sure to use the Rewards account on the mobile which has the same Emirates ID selected by Abu Dhabi Social Support Authority to receive subsidy benefit.
• Rewards points can be redeemed against any of our eligible products and services throughout the ADNOC Distribution network of service stations and Oasis convenience stores.
• LPG subsidies are offered only as Rewards points.
• Rewards points will expire after two years.
• The subsidy will be available immediately after an eligible transaction and you are notified by SMS that your points have been credited.
