- Competition dates: Starts at 1 PM, 18th November 2023 and ends at 8 AM, 22nd November 2023.
- We will be posting 1 competition Instagram feed post during the above timeframe
- To win, the entrant must send a comment on the competition Instagram feed post. The comment must include @mentioning three (3) friends and the Car emoji. The entrant must also be a follower of the @adnocdistribution Instagram account.
- Entries received after 8 AM of 22nd November 2023 will not be accepted.
- This competition will only run on Instagram but we will cross-promote the competition on Facebook and Twitter with instructions to check out our Instagram competition post and take part on Instagram.
- By entering, the entrants agree that any personal information provided by them with their entry may be held and used by ADNOC Distribution [or its agents and suppliers] to administer the competition.
- To join the competition, entrants must ensure that they are aged 18 or above and a resident of the UAE.
- The winner will win the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix Golden Ticket granting for three days access with an exclusive paddock experience and other perks event on 24th, 25th & 26th of November 2023.
- The winner will be announced on ADNOC Distribution’s Instagram story at 10 AM, 22nd November 2023. The winner will be tagged in the story.
- Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2023 event will be held on 23rd November 2023. The winner must be available to attend the event.
- The winner must adhere to all rules and regulations imposed by the organizers.
- The winner consents to and grants permission to ADNOC Distribution the right to use any photographs or video clips taken during the event.
- The winner will be selected randomly by ADNOC Distribution staff. Selecting a winner will be recorded for internal reference.
- The winner will need to share their name and contact information via Instagram DM to us on the day of the winner’s announcement.
If the winner does not respond to ADNOC Distribution within the day of the winner announcement, then the winner’s prize will be [forfeited] and ADNOC Distribution will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The decision of ADNOC Distribution regarding any aspect of the competition including the selection of the daily winner is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
- In order to retrieve their prize, the winner must send ADNOC Distribution their Emirates ID and contact information.
- The prize is ‘not transferrable‘ and ‘not redeemable for cash’. Only 5 winner will be entitled to the prize.
- ADNOC Distribution is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- In the event that ADNOC Distribution suspects unlawful or improper conduct or a breach of any of the competition Terms and Conditions by an entrant, ADNOC Distribution may, at its own discretion disqualify any entrant from the draw.
- All prize draws with respect to the competition are governed by UAE Law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
ADNOC Distribution reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and without prior notice to entrants. Any updated version of the Terms and Conditions will be published on the official ADNOC Distribution website.
