To participate in the raffle, eligible entrant must be members of the ADNOC Rewards program and complete a transaction of AED 20 or more at any ADNOC Oasis store located within United Arab Emirates.
Restricted products which are exempt from ADNOC Rewards program will not qualify for the raffle draw.
ADNOC Oasis purchases between 1st Feb – 29th Feb 2024 will be considered for the raffle draw.
ADNOC Distribution will provide 20 lucky winners with Air Arabia vouchers, which can be used to book air tickets only with Air Arabia to approved destinations from Sharjah, Abu Dhabi or Ras Al Khaimah.
Vouchers are eligible for issuance of 2 return tickets in the premium economy class.
Vouchers are valid for travel dates from 30th March 2024 to 30th September 2024.
All vouchers will entitle winners to book return flights including taxes.
Vouchers are non-transferable, non-reroutable, and non-refundable and have no cash value.
Confirmed tickets issued through the vouchers cannot be modified or cancelled.
Air Arabia has the right to restrict travel on peak flights/high season (blackout dates are usually holidays/festive dates/flight loads).
Tickets must be booked at least 15 days before your flight dates to ensure a confirmed seat.
All applicable taxes and surcharges will be paid by Air Arabia at the time of booking.
ADNOC Distribution will contact winners through an official email, SMS, and phone call to collect the vouchers and communicate the date/time slots for voucher collection after the raffle draw.
Vouchers should be collected by winners from ADNOC Distribution Head Office located at the Sheikh Khalifa Energy Complex – 1, Abu Dhabi Corniche, Besides Sofitel Hotel, Abu Dhabi. For collection of vouchers kindly bring a valid physical valid ID (Emirates ID or Passport).
Any disputes on tickets bookings need to be raised with Air Arabia’s representatives at 600 508 001
Issue of tickets will be done from one of Air Arabia’s sales shops.
ADNOC Distribution and Air Arabia staff are not eligible to enter the campaign.
