Car Wash Facility Upgrade:
These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall govern the relationship between you and Abu Dhabi National Oil Company for Distribution PJSC (“ADNOC Distribution”, “we”, “our” or “us”) when you, the customer, utilize ADNOC Distribution’s upgraded car wash facility services. Introduction
ADNOC Distribution's upgraded car wash facility (the “Facility”) offers state-of-the-art premium, high-quality, sustainable car wash services to its customers. The new car-wash service includes LED foam, hot wax, triple foam, wheel scrub and rim blaster services and more. By using the Facility's services, customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
The Facility is currently available at the following 4 ADNOC Distribution service stations in Abu Dhabi:
639- Khalifa City A
914- Zayed Stadium
969- Souq Al Bateen
973- Zafrannah
309 – Shabyath Al Maqam
Rewards Program
Non-Rewards Customer can become a rewards member by downloading ADNOC Distribution app via Apple play store or Google store and sign-up.
In order to avail any promos and services for Rewards members, a valid Emirates ID and/or Mobile QR codes should be shared with the carwash attendant and/or cashier.
Points earned through the rewards program are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Points can only be redeemed for ADNOC Distribution fuel and non-fuel services.
Payment
Payment for services rendered must be made at the time of service. The Facility accepts cash (AED only), credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment as deemed acceptable by the ADNOC Distribution.
The Customer, by leaving his/her vehicle with ADNOC Distribution, agrees to the fixed/promo price and agrees to pay for the service in full before the car is released back to him/her. His/her vehicle shall remain with ADNOC Distribution until full payment has been received.
Liability
The Facility is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur to a customer's vehicle while using its services.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are in proper working condition before using the Facility's services.
Reservation of Rights
ADNOC Distribution reserves the right to refuse to clean a vehicle for any reason.
ADNOC Distribution reserves the right to at its discretion change these Terms and Conditions, suspend, extend and / or terminate this service at any time, without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by the laws of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the UAE. The Courts of Abu Dhabi will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes that arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with ADNOC Distribution's Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and which is available on ADNOC Distribution's website www.adnocdistribution.ae
Any provision in these Terms and Conditions which is illegal, void or unenforceable will apply with whatever deletion or modification necessary so that the provision is legal, valid and enforceable, and if such deletion or modification is not possible in whole or in part, then such provision shall be ineffective to the extent only of such illegality, voidness or unenforceability and such illegality, voidness or unenforceability will not invalidate any other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
