Duration of the Raffle
1. The period for this promotion is from 00:01 (UAE local time) on 26-11-2025 until 23:59 (UAE local time) on 31-11-2026 (the “Raffle Period”).
2. ADNOC Distribution reserves the right to extend the Raffle Period at its sole discretion.
Promotion Details
1. This promotion is valid for all fuel purchases and non-fuel purchases made at Oasis ADNOC Distribution convenience store at station “754 Shawamekh The Hub”, but does not include any Excluded Products (“Eligible Transactions”).
2. For the purpose of these Raffle T&Cs, “Excluded Products” means cigarettes and other tobacco products, telephone and other top up cards, electronic services (such as salik), phone cards, mobile phone sim cards, utility payment cards and such other products or services that ADNOC Distribution may include as Excluded Products from time to time.
3. Bin Hamoodah or Yas Marina Circuit reserve the right to change the Raffle prizes at their sole discretion.
Eligibility to Enter
1. The eligibility criteria to participate in the Raffle are:
- (i) being a UAE resident;
- (ii) holding a valid ADNOC Rewards Account (“Rewards Account”);
- (iii) being at least 18 years old at the commencement of the Raffle Period;
- (iv) not being (nor being a director, officer, employee or contracted worker of ADNOC Distribution nor any immediate family members of any of them);
- (v) not being a Corporate ADNOC Wallet user;
- (vi) not being an employee of BIN HAMOODAH TRADING & GENERAL SERVICES COMPANY LLC;
- (vii) not being an employee of Yas Marina Circuit (“Eligible Entrants”).
2. Eligible Entrants will be identified through their unique Rewards Account. An Eligible Entrant may opt out of the Raffle by not providing their Rewards Account details at the time of purchase.
3. Corporate ADNOC Wallet users (pre- and post-paid) are not eligible to enter the Raffle.
ADNOC Wallet
1. Eligible Entrants can pay for their Eligible Transactions from their own pre-paid ADNOC Wallet account provided that it is linked to their Rewards Account. Transactions made from Wallets not linked to the Rewards Account will not be considered Eligible Transactions.
ADNOC Rewards Family Membership Accounts
1. Where a Rewards Account has been opened as an ADNOC Rewards Family Membership, each Account holder and their linked Relations shall be considered as separate Eligible Entrants. All entries will be accounted for under the Account holder. Any winning prize will be handed to the Account holder regardless of which Relation generated the ticket.
Entry into the Raffle
1. To enter the Raffle draw, Eligible Entrants must make one or more Eligible Transactions during the Raffle Period.
2. Each Eligible Transaction qualifies for one entry into the Raffle draw (“Eligible Entry”). No entry limit applies.
3. There will be four Raffle draws. Entries received before 23:59 of the day prior to a scheduled draw are included in that draw. Entries are not carried over to later draws.
Selection of Winners and Prizes
1. For each Eligible Entry, Entrants will receive a digital Raffle ticket via the ADNOC Distribution app. Winners will be selected automatically:
- Raffle Draw 1: Thursday, 11 December 2025 — 8 Winners (Yas Marina Circuit Experience)
- Raffle Draw 2: Thursday, 18 December 2025 — 8 Winners (Yas Marina Circuit Experience)
- Raffle Draw 3: Thursday, 25 December 2025 — 9 Winners (Yas Marina Circuit Experience)
- Raffle Draw 4: Thursday, 8 January 2026 — 1 Winner (2026 Chevrolet Spark EUV full options with accessory kit)
2. 1 to 9 winners will be selected per draw. Results are final.
3. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
4. All prizes are subject to verification of Eligible Transactions and Eligibility Criteria.
Notifications of Winners
1. Winners will be notified via email. ADNOC Distribution may also announce winners on social media, its website and app.
2. Winners have 10 calendar days to provide identification documents (passport, EID, etc.). Failure to provide documents results in disqualification.
3. After successful verification, winners will receive official confirmation by email.
Liability
1. ADNOC Distribution is the sole organizer; other parties involved bear no responsibility.
2. ADNOC Distribution is not liable for losses or damages related to participation or prize usage.
3. ADNOC Distribution may disqualify entries for fraud, breach of T&Cs, or illegal actions.
Modification or Cancellation
1. ADNOC Distribution reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend or cancel the promotion anytime, without notice.
Miscellaneous
1. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
2. These T&Cs must be read with the ADNOC Privacy Policy, ADNOC Wallet Terms and ADNOC Rewards Terms.
