Individual and corporate pre-paid customers can book the installation of a Smart (RFID) tag via the ADNOC Wallet online, via our Oasis C-stores and our Smart Tag installation centers. Corporate pre-paid and post-paid customers can also book an appointment via the SMART service centers.

Once an appointment is requested, customers will receive a date when they can visit a Smart Tag installation center and get the Smart Tag installed to their vehicle. Our Smart Tag installation centers are open 6 am to 10 pm Saturday to Thursday, and they are closed on public holidays.
