Our Smart service centers provide the following services:

• Corporate prepaid Wallet account creation & top-up services. Please note that our individual and corporate prepaid customers are now able to also register online.
• Corporate postpaid customers can only register for ADNOC Wallet at our dedicated Smart card centers 
• Issuance of ADNOC Plus cards for both prepaid and corporate customers is only available through Smart card centers at  52.50 AED for prepaid individual & corporate customers and 105 AED for post-paid corporate customers

Our Smart service centers are open Sunday to Thursday from 8am to 2pm and are located at: 

• Abu Dhabi: Abu Dhabi Municipality (Access through Gate 1 or Gate 12, Customer Service Hall), Smart card center Al Ramz Mussafah, M26 (Service Station 668), and Smart card center - Mahawi North (Service Station 163)
• Al Ain: Bin Ham Building (first floor) & Al Ain Vehicle Inspection Centre (Falaj Hazza)
• Sharjah: Muwaileh Station (877). Opposite Sharjah Airport
• Al Dhafra Region office (Behind ADDC)
• Ras Al Khaimah: Humaid Station (465)
• Fujairah office: Tasheel (Al Mustanad), opposite GMC Showroom, Madhab
