INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS

1. Click here to create your ADNOC Wallet account. Receive your customer number & temporary password through SMS and email.
2. Log into the ADNOC Wallet with your email/mobile number and the temporary password. Change your password and confirm. 
3. Top it up with a minimum of AED 50. 
4. Create your tokens (Choose between MobilePay, Smart Tag, EID or ADNOC Plus Card).
5. You can now start managing your transactions online, by clicking here.

CORPORATE PREPAID CUSTOMERS

1. Click here to create your ADNOC Wallet account. Attach the required documents and submit your request online. 
2. After approval, the operational admin will receive the corporate customer number & temporary password through SMS and email.
3. Log into the ADNOC Wallet with the email/mobile number and the temporary password. Change your password and confirm.
4. Top it up with a minimum of AED 50.
5. Create your tokens (Choose between Emirates ID, Smart Tag and / or ADNOC Plus Card)
