ADNOC Wallet is a secure online account that can be managed through the ADNOC Distribution website or dedicated app. It allows instant payments to be made seamlessly and keeps track of everyday spends made at ADNOC service stations. This includes refueling, shopping, lube change and car washes.

ADNOC Wallet makes ADNOC service station payments quick and easy. It’s fully secure and keeps track of everyday spends at ADNOC service stations. In addition, customers can register multiple cars or beneficiaries to an account.

 

Pay with ADNOC Wallet 

1. Upon registration, payments can be made using any of the below tokens: 
2. Emirates ID: This is the primary payment token, linked automatically to a customer’s account upon registration for ease and convenience.
3. Mobile Pay: A revolutionary contact-less payment token that allows a customer to pay directly from their smartphone.
4. ADNOC Plus Card: A prepaid card available at all ADNOC convenience stores, and can be instantly topped up on ADNOC Wallet.
5. SMART (RFID) Tag: A wireless payment device that activates upon contact with the fuel nozzle, and automatically deducts the total amount after refueling is complete.

 

Getting started with ADNOC Wallet 

Signing up for ADNOC Wallet only takes a few minutes. It can be done by downloading the dedicated ADNOC Distribution app or by clicking here. Upon registration, top up a desired amount to activate and enjoy all the benefits of ADNOC Wallet.

 

Activate and manage your ADNOC Wallet account

1. Activating and managing your ADNOC Wallet account is simple and secure. 
2. Once an account is created, a customer receives a customer number and temporary password through SMS and email.
3. Use the customer number and temporary password to log into ADNOC Wallet. Once logged in, change the password upon prompt and confirm.
4. Activate the account by topping up with a desired amount
5. Choose a preferred payment token (Emirates ID, Mobile Pay, ADNOC Plus card or Smart Tag). Emirates ID is the primary payment token upon activation.
6. Open the ADNOC Distribution app or click here to manage all future transactions directly on ADNOC Wallet. 

 

Payment methods

How to use Emirates ID for payment: 

1. Visit an ADNOC Service Station
2. Insert and remove the Emirates ID in the card machine
3. Fuel up to desired amount

 

How to use Mobile Pay for payment: 

1. Visit an ADNOC Service Station
2. Choose a preferred pump on ADNOC Wallet
3. Select the desired fuel amount
4. Confirm and begin fueling
5. Press ‘Done’ once finished

 

How to use ADNOC Plus Card for payment: 

1. Visit at ADNOC Service Station
2. Insert the ADNOC Plus card into the card machine
3. Enter the PIN number
4. Fuel up to desired amount 

 

How to use SMART (RFID) Tag for payment: 

1. Visit an ADNOC Service SMART Station
2. Fuel up to the desired amount.
3. The tag automatically deducts the amount from your Wallet.
